Dining in the Marine restaurant is about enjoying excellent food, fine wine and good company. This majestic room with high ceilings, ornate plasterwork and glorious sea views gives every meal a grand sense of occasion.

Our chefs source superb local produce from suppliers in Sussex and the surrounding counties to create dishes inspired by the seasons and of course the sea. Our head chef is always happy to make sure those with special requirements are well looked after.
